A Professional Corporation's name should have the name of the practitioner, followed by the term "Professional Corporation", i.e. John Smith Professional Corporation. Alternatively, you can add a professional descriptor (such as Legal, Law, Medical, Dental) between "Professional" and "Corporation", i.e. John Smith Professional Law Corporation.
